The Phoenix Entity and Jean Grey

When the Brothers reunited the Phoenix Force, who is the embodiment of all the psionic energies of all the beings in the cosmos, became Amalgamated with The Entity; The living embodiment of Creation to become the Phoenix Entity. Being aware of it's new existence the Phoenix Entity has since left Earth, embarking on a journey to explore the new Universe and gather cosmic energies from all the lifeforms the Phoenix previously had no access to.
Upon its departure The Phoenix Entity reclaimed all of the powers bestowed on it's many former hosts (Including Jean Grey). As such they have all returned to their original powers and power levels.
Jean Grey
During the Summer's End Event wherein Superboy Prime rampaged across the US Jean Grey was rendered comatose due to meddling by Magneto and the abrupt departure of the Phoenix Force. She has since disappeared from the infirmary. Roughly coinciding with the mysterious disappearance of Professor Xavier.
